MRSGREN provides online educational courses in science, finance, and Australian citizenship. All course content — including videos, PDFs, quizzes, cheat sheets, and written materials — is the intellectual property of MRSGREN and is protected by copyright law.
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the course content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly display course content.
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
- Use course content for commercial purposes of any kind.
- Allow third parties to access your purchased course using your credentials.
3. Purchases and Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or Gumroad). By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases. All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy below.
4. Refund and Pass Guarantee Policy
Pass Guarantee: For courses that carry a pass guarantee, if you complete all required modules and assessments as directed and do not achieve a passing result in the relevant exam, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your exam date. Proof of completion and exam attempt will be required.
General Refunds: For all other courses, refund requests made within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of course content will be considered at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at hello@mrgren.store.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the refund window has passed, or where substantial course content has been consumed.
5. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems.
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site.
- Impersonate MRSGREN or any other person or entity.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all course content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MRSGREN does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding specific educational outcomes beyond those covered by our explicit Pass Guarantee on applicable courses.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRSGREN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our courses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.
